Reading Eggs was implemented as a pilot project for classes 1-5 in several schools across different neighbourhoods. Among the participating schools were the Government Boys Senior Secondary School in Shakti Nagar No. 1, Sarvodaya Bal Vidyalaya No. 1 in Mori Gate on Gokhale Marg, Government Sarvodaya Co-educational Senior Secondary School No. 4 in Roop Nagar, Government Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya in Burari, and SKV in Shastri Nagar.

The decision to introduce Reading Eggs into these schools was driven by a commitment to providing students with comprehensive literacy development opportunities.
